I'm taking part in the Jo Cox Way because - like Jo herself - I believe that we have more in common than that which divides us.
In July Ill join a group of 75 riders as we cycle 288 miles from Jo's constituency in West Yorkshire to London. Over five days, well come together from a range of different backgrounds and different cycling abilities and bring Jos more in common message to life.
Im also fundraising for The Jo Cox Foundation as part of this challenge. The charity was founded to make meaningful change on issues that Jo was passionate about. They nurture stronger communities, champion respect in politics and advocate for a fairer world.
Everything that you donate will go to their work, whether thats tackling loneliness, or finding solutions to the problem of abuse and intimidation of elected officials.
The Jo Cox Foundation is a small charity with a big impact. So please give what you can to help them to achieve even more change in Jos memory.
