Hiking 4 Health!

I’m excited to participate in the first Epic Trail Challenge! It will be an epic introductory training for my ultimate goal - hiking Pacific Crest Trail in 2026. 

This challenge also offers me the opportunity to raise awareness and support for Santa Rosa Community Health, an essential provider of medical, dental and mental health care in our community. For nearly 25 years, SRCH has prioritized being "the people's" health care providers, providing culturally respectful and relevant health care for people of all races and backgrounds. Every day, they open the doors of their 8 campuses to deliver medical, dental and mental health care for over 42,000 people. (Thats 1 in 4 Santa Rosans!) Through the wildfires and now COVID, they are on the front lines, working so everyone can have the opportunity for a full and healthy life. I believe everyone in our community deserves excellent health care, regardless of their ability to pay.
