Aberdeen Abseil with Team SBH Scotland is back!!! on Saturday 10th June 2023I have decided to take part in this unique exclusive experience because I spoke about it with my sister last year , as she passed earlier this year I realised life is too short to speak about some things and actions are better . So what better way to see Aberdeen's cityscape whilst raising much needed funds for Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland.This is a 131ft adrenaline adventure, is not for the fainthearted and I am nervous but excited at the same time!!!All money raised will go directly towards ensuring that everyone with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus in Scotland is supported and their individual needs are met in order to allow them to live the highest quality of live possible.Please donate whatever you can as a little money really does go a long way!!!!
