Through the Eta Lambda Leadership Fund, you empower our Eta Lambda collegiate women to lead with heart as they develop programs and identify ways in which they can positively influence their chapter membership. You help them reach farther, achieve more, and become stronger than they were before. You ensure our members receive their best Alpha Phi experience.

Your donations will endow the future of the George Mason University chapter through directly providing funding to support leadership initiatives, officer attendance at valuable conferences and development opportunities, and providing opportunities to continue growing the legacy of leadership at Eta Lambda.  This is exceptionally valuable as the chapter faces continuing pandemic concerns and the current challenges of Greek life.  

Dedicated alumnae and donors are demonstrating the support of Alpha Phi and its membership by creating Chapter Leadership Funds. These endowment funds provide additional funds a collegiate chapter needs to support their membership and address chapter-specific situations.
