I'm running the Great North Run for Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate Cancer kills 1 in 8 men. That's one dad, partner, brother, son, grandad, uncle or mate. 

One of those men was my dad. He was a fit man who went from riding his bicycle to a wheel chair to a hospital bed alarmingly quickly. He was taken away from his family and friends way too soon. I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research to change the outcome for other men and their families.
