We are so proud to be in our 5th year of supporting Team Phenomenal Hope and the Unmet Need Patient Fund. When my great friend Kirsten was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (PH) we discovered the Let me Be Your Lungs program that pairs endurance athletes with PH patients.
