Everyone wants to have a safe, joyful home especially during the holiday season, so I'm participating in Better Housing Coalition's 4th Annual Gingerbread House Challenge. 

My team is creating a gingerbread HUD to raise awareness of the value of affordable housing to the Richmond region. As part of this, we need to reimagine the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as a funding partner that puts the needs of our most vulnerable residents first. We are recreating HUD's iconic building in Washington DC in hopes that Richmond VA (& all cities) will receive greater federal support in the New Year.
