This October, I have challenged myself to take on HYROX to help raise money for people living with cancer. HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. I'd be so grateful if you could help me reach my £400 pledge, which could run the Macmillan Support Line phone service for 1 hour. There are currently over 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today.
