I am a believer in Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley because I have seen the lives that have been saved and changed because of their support and guidance.

I have been a lifelong educator and have had close interactions with BGCTNV for over 35 years. I have seen kids that call the Club home, kids that knew they would get a hot meal at the Club, Kids that knew there was someone who loved them and cared about them at the Club. The Club was their lifeline and their support system for academics, sports, and survival. When I say the Club has saved lives, I mean that in a literal sense. For all those reasons, I believe in Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley.
