OK, so after 2 false starts due to Covid and an injury last year, all being well, in 2 weeks I'll be lining up in Blackheath to tackle the TCS 2022 London Marathon albeit relying heavily on a couple of knee and ankle supports - not the greatest picture of athletism.

I'm running for World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF).  Whilst society continues to search for a cure, World Cancer Research Fund's prevention and survival work is helping people to live longer happier and healthier lives - free from the devastating effects of cancer.

As some of you know, I lost both my parents back in 2018 both of whom had cancer so running for WCRF seemed a fitting way to raise some much-needed funds.  I would hugely appreciate any support you can give in raising funds for this fantastic cause.
