Hi fwends, 

Yap, guess I'm gonna run a half marathon, w a major amount of support from my buddy Shannon, who will also be running! We wanna raise some funds for Chicago based organizations that provide support, safety and inclusivity to the LGBTQIA+ community--that's something you can feel good about, eh? 

I know times are always tough but if you feel so inclined please to kick us a couple bucko's, donations support things like affordable housing opportunities for elderly folk, educational programming about gender and sexuality and creative and artist driven spaces for the community to come together, to express and to get to know themselves. 

Sounding better and better right? 

We're hoping we can contribute a cute lil four hundo to Proud to Run which isn't till June 29 (helloooo financial planning!) And in the meantime, I'll be over here trying to figure out how the heck im gonna prepare myself to actually complete this dang thing-- but don't worry one half the squad will def make it across the finish line. At LEAST it's along the lake so I got an easy out (a wave came over the course and swept me out to sweet Pure Michigan™)
