Avow nurses show up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. They are experienced, dedicated, compassionate and strong. They come into our homes to care and comfort. They come into our hearts to offer peace of mind. They do this during the most critical times in our lives, even during the shakiest of days (Hurricane Irma and COVID-19 to name a couple).

And for those who don't have a home, nurses are there to care. And for those who don't have family, nurses make sure they are not alone at end of life. And for those who don't have resources, nurses are resourceful. And for those who do, those who do have a home, have a family, have resources Avow nurses put their training, experience, education and compassion to work for ALL in Avow's care. 

I am fundraising in memory of my grandmother, Virginia "Sally" Bender, and my uncle, Charlie Conroy. Both received exemplary care from Avow nurses and I hope you will join me in thanking them for all they do.
