Every year approximately 100,000 people will have a stroke in the UK and a quarter of these will happen to people of working age or younger and it is the single biggest cause of disability. After a bit of a health scare. Some people will say a kick up the arse. I have witnessed first hand the things that people go through, and what amazing NHS staff we have! Massive thank you to Doncaster royal infirmary stroke department and all the A&E staff at Bassetlaw hospital! I have decided to raise some money to support people and their families dealing with the effects of strokes
