Those of you that know me, know that running is not for me!

So, this may come as a shock that in April I’m running the London landmark half marathon!!! 

My close friend Sarah asked Rachael and myself to join her in doing the run to raise money for the amazing charity, Claire house children’s hospice. This is a charity that has, and still does, support Sarah and her family through what has been a heartbreaking few years.

In 2019, Sarah and her partner Gray had beautiful twin girls Phoebe and Gabriella. The girls were born prematurely, but did amazingly well. Just a few weeks later, they were ready to be discharged and join their big brothers Max and Isaac at home, when both girls tragically contracted Meningitis. Phoebe very sadly passed away on 11th July at Claire house children’s hospice. 

Claire house provided amazing care for Phoebe during her final days and have provided continued support to the whole family through such a tragic and heartbreaking  time.

Please help me to raise money for this amazing charity so other families who have to go through the unimaginable heartbreak of losing a child can be given the amazing support by Claire house children’s hospice.
