Diligenta is fundraising for their chosen charity partner, Alzheimer's Research UK, to help find a cure for the diseases which cause dementia!

Story

I'm running the Cambridge Half Marathon for Alzheimer's Research UK (ARUK) for a few reasons.....

Sadly, as with many families, we were affected by dementia last year.  We lost our wonderful nana (Mum and 'Nana Betty') in November to dementia, a condition which affects the person, and their loved ones, in so many devastating ways. I want to help ARUK fund more lifechanging research.

Along with 180 colleagues at Diligenta, I will be completing the 'Distance for Dementia Challenge' to move more and raise money for ARUK! The challenge conveniently ends on 5th March - the day of the Cambridge Half Marathon - and leading up to the race day I'll run/walk 140 miles as part of the challenge.

Your donation would be really, really appreciated, motivating me to get up early to train before work and spurring me on to complete the half marathon in under two hours.

Thank you so much
