Event: The Road of Remembrance, on 11 October 2020
In memory of Madeline A.D. Shinners
The WNYPBN cannot host our annual Walk to Remember, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The alternative to honor our babies gone too soon is our Road of Remembrance: a Memorial Drive through Forest Lawn Cemetery - 1990 Main St. Buffalo.

Story

We are participating in honor of our daughter, Madeline Aurora Danger Shinners, born July 15th 2019 and passed July 25th 2019. Madeline was born with a rare malformation of the vein of Galen.  She fought bravely and spent 10 days here with us before becoming an angel.

The Western New York Perinatal Bereavement Network, Inc.  was so helpful and kind to us.  They provided support for us and our family when we needed it most.

We are forever grateful to them and want to give back through the 2020 Road of Remembrance so that other families can have the same support we did.

Please consider a donation in honor of our sweet Maddie.

The mission of the Western New York Perinatal Bereavement Network (WNYPBN), Inc. is to assist the community to meet the needs of people facing the pain of perinatal death. We promote standards of bereavement intervention through educational support, community programs, and referral services to bereaved parents. The WNYPBN supports an established standard of care following a perinatal death, regardless of the facility where the birth took place. Helping Families ~ Honoring Lives
