I am thrilled to have the opportunity to run in the 2023 NYC Marathon as a member of the Family & Children’s Association (FCA) team.  The FCA’s mission is to provide help and hope to Long Island’s most vulnerable children, families, seniors, and communities.  Through their trained professionals, they provide essential services in the areas of addiction and mental health.  Both of which are tremendously important, as recovery from addiction and sound mental health are essential building blocks to a healthy and purposeful life. As a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician on Long Island, I’ve seen firsthand just how important mental health and addiction treatment are.  Please join me in supporting this great non-for-profit organization.
