CityLax Virtual 5K for NYC Kids · 17 October 2020 ·

Join us as an Individual or as a Team to Run a 5K + Fundraise Virtually for CityLax + the growth of NYC urban lacrosse in a very challenging time! Join runners + walkers from around the country anywhere, anytime between October 19th - December 1st.

Story

Please consider joining Middlebury Men's Lacrosse for the CityLax Virtual 5k event to raise critical funds for the kids within the New York City Public School lacrosse system. The COVID-19 pandemic has posed significant challenges for the NYC student-athletes that CityLax supports as a result of NY State severely cutting its budget for Spring sports.

We have committed to running in the Virtual 5k and helping fundraise for CityLax to be sure that we are there for these kids!

Our team hopes to raise $5,000. If we reach our goal we can provide sustaining funds for two PSAL high school lacrosse teams and support CityLax high school seniors to receive one on one college counseling via CityLax’s partner organization Bottom Line.
