This cause is especially important to me because breast cancer has been a part of my entire life. My grandmother was a survivor of breast cancer twice...20 years apart! Recently, three of my friends have been through the long road of surgery, treatment, and recovery. I know many of you have been touched by breast cancer in some way; you know how difficult it is for your loved one to manage and how much it can drastically affect the lives of the entire family. 

No family plans for the personal and financial burdens that come with a diagnosis, so every dollar raised goes to helping local women in need with the necessary costs of living. My grandma had the financial support of family, but many women aren’t so fortunate.
