This is the 3rd time I've taken part in the Liverpool > Chester > Liverpool bike ride... but this year I've upped the anti by attempting the 50 Mile route. I am hoping to raise as much as possible for the NSPCC  who perform Incredible work protecting children from abuse and transforming society. If you think you can help, it is really easy to leave a donation then I'll do the hard bit and pedal 50 miles from Liverpool to Chester and then back to Liverpool. 

Who knows... together we could make a difference and just maybe save a life.
