Team Scrambled Legs; Zena, Sue, Laura, Clare, Tina, Victoria, Hannah and Jo will take on Race the Sun Lake District, a Triathlon with a difference! 

We will set off on a 40-mile bike ride around the winding roads, among some of the highest mountains in the UK, 

We then jump Into open-top kayaks, to navigate a 2-mile water course in the National Park.

Then just the small matter of summiting Skiddaw on an 11 mile round trip to an altitude of 931m.
