Ostomy Canada Society (OCS) is 60 this year!

And it's 31 years since my life preserving ostomy surgery.

Adjusting to life with an ostomy is a physical and emotional challenge. OCS is a strong supporter of and advocate for those with ostomies. Peer support and nursing support is vital. Overcoming the stigma of "the bag" is a work in progress. OCS is focused on all these things.

I hope to play 60 holes at Oakville Golf Club on October 1st. Quite a challenge with only 12 hours of daylight and other golfers on the course! But a breeze compared with the challenges many face after ostomy surgery.

If I am going to reach my goal I need $1/hole  from 100 friends, family, acquaintances and colleagues. (Yes and I need to complete 60 holes!). Please help if you can.
