Hello all,

On July 6th, I will be starting a 1200 mile solo bicycle trip from Ho Chi Minh City aka Saigon up the coast to Hanoi the capital of Vietnam. I would like if all of you could ride with me (#ridewithseth) on what I’m sure is going to a breath-taking adventure as I travel though this beautiful country that Korey and I call home. This will be the most challenging adventure I’ve done and along the way I will share videos, pictures, commentary, and some general positivity that the entire world needs right now.

To #ridewithseth on this adventure, all I ask is that if you have the means to do so, please make a donation to a charity for every mile I anticipate completing along this journey. For example, if you donate 1 cent per mile that’s only $12 dollars, if you donate a dime per mile that’s only $120, and if you donate a dollar a mile that only $1200 which just so happens to be the same size as the stimulus check many received if needed or not.

Like I mentioned before if you have the means to do so, please donate to any charity you prefer or one or both of my preferred charities which will be posted below.

The first charity is the COVID-19 Relief Fund at Northwestern Medicine.
