We are all going to jump off a very tall building to raise awareness and money for this amazing Scottish charity that supports thousands of local people. 

Aberdeen Abseil with Team SBH Scotland is back!!! on Saturday 10th June 2023I have decided to take part in this unique exclusive experience and what a thrilling way to see Aberdeen's cityscape whilst raising much needed funds for Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland.This is a 131ft adrenaline adventure, is not for the fainthearted and I am nervous but excited at the same time!!!All money raised will go directly towards ensuring that everyone with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus in Scotland is supported and their individual needs are met in order to allow them to live the highest quality of live possible.Please donate whatever you can as a little money really does go a long way!!!!
