On September 16 and 17, I will be running 200 miles with my Vinfen team from Brenton Woods, NH all the way to Hampton Beach. Why might you ask? It is all about increasing awareness about and funds to support the health and wellness of people with mental health conditions, disabilities, and life challenges throughout the Vinfen community so that they can live full and meaningful lives. All funds raised will go directly to our Health and Wellness fund, which award small microgrants to Vinfen programs that wish to develop programs and activities that increase overall health awareness and promote community involvement and partnerships that support healthy living.
