Ryan's London Marathon 2025

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·
***Deferred until 2026***
Unfortunately, 2025 wasn’t to be my year, tearing cartilage in my knee means running a marathon wasn’t going to be possible, but the training will all start again as I continue to raise money for a good cause, with the 2026 London Marathon now in my sights!
In 2011, my Grandad sadly passed away. Despite his battles with Dementia and Parkinson’s, it was unfortunately Leukaemia that took him away from us.
I will be running the marathon whilst raising money for such a great cause, but also in his memory.
Leukaemia has directly affected my family and I, but also so many others all around the world. Doing this will give me the opportunity to accomplish something remarkable, whilst raising awareness and money for an extremely worthy charity, and not just for my Grandad but for everyone who has ever been affected.
I have joined #TEAMLC to run the London Marathon 2025. Please help me to support everyone affected by a blood cancer diagnosis in the UK.
Leukaemia Care is a national charity dedicated to ensuring that anyone affected by blood cancer receives the right information, advice and support. Around 34,000 people are affected by blood cancer each year in the UK and we're here to support them through their diagnosis, treatment and beyond.
