As I enter my second year serving as Public Counsel's Director of Philanthropy, I find myself humbled each day by the incredible work of this organization. Our mission of community lawyering encompasses 8 unique legal projects that work together collaboratively with teams of social workers, building a holistic model to help amplify the voices and strengths of the clients we serve.

Even further, our staff recognizes the patterns in barriers preventing our clients from a future where all people thrive, with systems and laws delivering the promise of justice to all. Public Counsel takes pride in creating actual lasting and systemic change via impact litigation as well as influencing public policy locally, and nationwide.
