After last year's initial foray in to the world of Triathlons, Paul and I are upping the ante this year! We're aiming to raise as much as possible for BA's Flying Start charity partnership with Comic Relief. Last year we raised £687 with just 1 sprint Triathlon and realised how much family, friends and colleagues were willing to donate if we put ourselves through lots of pain (!). As a result, this year we will be attempting the following events:

- Eton Sprint Tri (Both) - 750m Swim , 20k Cycle, 5k Run

- Windsor Olympic Tri (Both) - 1500m Swim , 40k Cycle, 5k Run

- London Olympic Tri (Both) - 1500m Swim , 40k Cycle, 5k Run
- Woburner Half Ironman Tri (Paul) - 1900m Swim , 90k Cycle, 21k Run
- English Aquathon Championships (Alan) - 750m Swim , 5k Run
