I've taken up the challenge of cycling from my home in Caerphilly to work in Cardiff Bay, over bumpy, mountainous terrain, to help raise money for Barnardo's. 

Come rain, sleet or broken bike, I always find a way to cycle in even as you can see on my nieces purple and pink bike (profile pic).
