Hello everyone. It's been a while since I've done a charity bike ride and my new hip is raring to go. Throughout November I'm aiming to cycle 500km on my indoor exercise bike. I've joined #TeamARUK by signing up to Cycling Down Dementia 2022 because I want to help Alzheimer's Research UK make breakthroughs possible. Dementia was one of the conditions that mum had and about one in three people born today will go on to develop dementia in their lifetime, so please help me reach my fundraising target by giving whatever you can using the 'Donate' button.
