Since 1992 HCPT group 115 from West / south west London have been taking children with special needs on Holiday to Lourdes. This is a wonderful time for the children but is equally important for their families to have some time to themselves.
The cost of taking a child to Lourdes is £850.00 and the helpers are volunteers who pay their fare and give up there own time to make it happen.

 I have been to Lourdes with group 115 three times and experienced a special and enriching time with children from all walks of life, some who's needs you can see whilst others don't. Our purpose is to give the children a week they will never forget through play, singing and forgetting their disability. This experience gives the children's families respite time and to spend time with their other children too.
