Story

I’m Suzanne and in Dec 2017 my husband John was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, despite having a whipple operation, he very sadly died 14 weeks later in March 2018. He was the most amazing person who loved life and lived it to the full and it was devastating to see him die so much sooner than he ever deserved. Myself and our two children, Kieran and Kat, miss him so much more than we could ever explain.

Myself, Gill, Mandy, Tracy, Carol, Rob and Andy are doing the Pancreatic Cancer Action Adrenaline Zipwire 2 challenge to raise much needed funds to try and improve early diagnosis of this very cruel silent cancer. I’m doing it for John as he loved challenges so we’ll be shouting Yabadabadoo for him 💜

Pancreatic Cancer Action are a national charity dedicated to saving lives by improving early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and the quality of patient survival. with your help we fund vital research, create medical education programmes, produce national awareness campaigns and vital patient information.Together we can make a difference!
