First off, I want to thank you for participating in our sports program at the Tempe Family YMCA. By being a participant you've made it clear that youth growth and development in sports is important for to you. Something we take pride in at the Tempe Y is focusing on development of all of our sports participants not just in competition but in their personal lives and those of their families. In 2022 we took a major leap in sports registrations and interest in youth sports clinics and camps. On average 1 in every 8 players that participate in our sports program are able to do so thanks to the assistance made available through the YMCA Annual Campaign. The sports department does the one team one child campaign to help contribute towards building a fund that is available for athletes and their families that need assistance covering the cost of youth sports fees. Through this campaign, we are working to ensure a brighter future for the valley of the sun. Together we will take some major challenges in our community.
