I have been involved with the YMCA since I was a young girl, but this past year showed me the full impact this organization has had on my life. When we were all feeling disconnected, the YMCA helped me stay engaged through online classes with my community. In addition to shifting to online health classes, the YMCA used their time, space, and funds to feed those in need. This organization is not only building healthy bodies, but also healthy communities.
