The Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) is the leading hunger-relief nonprofit in Central Texas, working to provide immediate and equitable access to nutritious food for individuals across its 21-county service area.

Story

Hi Friends and Family,

We’re a group of 8th grade girls from the National Charity League (NCL) Capital of Texas Chapter, and we’re hosting a virtual food drive to support the Central Texas Food Bank - our local Feeding America partner.

Food insecurity is rising in our community. Federal funding cuts have eliminated 750,000 meals, and 1 in 5 children in Travis County struggles to access nutritious food.

Your support helps us fight hunger and restore hope.

Every $1 = 4 meals for our neighbors in need.

We’re accepting online donations through November 30th and in-person food donations as part of our 8th grade NCL philanthropy project.

Let’s turn compassion into action because no one in Central Texas should go hungry.
