The Twilight Walk London 2024 · 23 March 2024 ·

This iconic walk will see the community unite to take strides through the Capital, as we reflect, remember and raise awareness of brain tumours. Together, we can lead the way in accelerating cures and helping those diagnosed live longer and better.

Story

As some of you may know I have been working at Stoughton Infant School for nearly 12 years. In that time I have met some incredible people, one of which is my friend/colleague, Anna. Anna is very bravely fighting a stage 3 brain tumour and undergoing lengthy treatment. Anna has made the incredible decision to complete the twilight walk to raise money for The Brain Tumour Charity to help other people just like her. Along with some other colleagues/friends, we are uniting together for Anna to complete the 10k twilight walk in London. I appreciate times are tough but every little helps. I'd greatly appreciate any funds contributed to help people like Anna to successfully fight against brain tumours.

The Brain Tumour Charity is the world's leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. Committed to saving and improving lives, we're moving further, faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour.

We're set on finding new treatments, offering the highest level of support and driving urgent change. And we're doing it right now. Because we understand that when you, or someone you love, is diagnosed with a brain tumour a cure really can't wait.
