Why I'm Running.

As an 8 year survivor, I'm racing at Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend for Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada because 1 in 8 Canadian men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer. That's someone's father, brother, husband, or friend—maybe even yours.

Every dollar I raise funds life-saving research, early detection programs, and support for patients and families. Research is working—survival rates are climbing—but we need to keep pushing forward.

This race is about more than a finish line. It's about using my strength to fight for men's health. Every donation—$25, $50, $100, $500 — brings us closer to a future without prostate cancer.
