My journey with the Y started in 2016 when my employer, NCCI, entered the Y’s Corporate Cup Challenge. This event can basically be described as a giant adult field day that was incredibly executed, well thought-out, and a ton of fun… oh, and my team may have won that year too (cherry on top). Naturally, I was pumped to participate in the Corporate Cup each year. What I didn't know was that all the funds raised by this event directly helped the community. The Y is a not-for-profit organization, and 1 in 3 of its members benefit from financial assistance programs like swimming lessons, summer camps, or just having a safe place to go to after school.

I am proud to say that I joined the Board of Directors of the Peter Blum Family YMCA last year as I am getting more involved in the South Palm Beach County area, the place I have called home for the past 6 years.
