Another year, a fresh challenge!

As most of you know we love our walking, getting out exploring new places and finding new routes. You might have seen on our Facebook pages that this year is the start of our Ordnance Survey trig finding adventures-plenty new routes there!

We also like to push ourselves that little bit further and raise money for a great cause at the same time.

This year Alisons work, Virgin Money, are supporting MIND (The National Association for Mental Health) and, in Scotland, SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health), who believe that action is what is needed for Scotland’s mental health today, tomorrow and in the future.

We know how valuable our walks are for our mental health, and if we can use this to raise funds to help others who needs more structured mental health support, even better.

Virgin Money have also pledged to match 50% of the funds we raise - which is just fantastic!

Our challenge this year is the Kiltwalk...22 miles along the beautiful Fife Coastal Trail from St Andrews to Dundee - supported by, and walking for, SAMH.

We are looking forward to a brand new route, and praying for nice weather for a change!

We have been amazed by your generosity in the past, so thank you in advance. With your support and donations, we can all make a positive difference for people who need mental health support from MIND/SAMH.
