Up to bat for Team Swedish Transplant(Sanjit made this look like so much fun last year) so here I am mixing up some Old Fashioned fun-draising in support of Northwest Kidney Centers as they strive to ensure all their patients have access to Palliative care. Palliative care offers patients holistic care addressing pain, symptoms, and stress caused by chronic illness. Supporting them through making difficult decisions and offering them compassionate care.
