Support Immigrant and Low-income Families in NYC!

As the child of immigrants, I have seen firsthand the challenges that come with starting a new life in this country. My parents arrived in the United States with little, and initially relied on social services to raise me and provide for our family. I am forever grateful for the community that helped them and hope to support others aspiring to build a life in the US.
I serve on the Board of University Settlement, an organization that directly helps those in similar circumstances as my parents. University Settlement provides childhood education, food assistance and literacy programs to 40,000+ immigrant and low-income families in NYC. Your gift will immediately make an impact in our community.
This year, your donations will support the Adult Literacy program which provides ESL classes and career readiness support to adult immigrant students, completely free of charge. This program is especially important to me as it equips students with the communication, technology, career, and life-long learning skills to fulfill their roles as family members, workers, and community members.
I sincerely appreciate your consideration and hope you have a wonderful new year!
Andrew
