Throughout June Cohen and I are taking part in a Physical: 800 Challenge to raise money for TLC: Talk, Listen, Change's children and young people's services.

Last year TLC supported 800 children across Greater Manchester through counselling and behaviour change programmes, making sure that all young people develop safe, healthy and happy relationships both now and in the future.
