In February 2022 I suffered a TIA (Transient Ischaemic Attack), totally out of the blue. Thankfully I recovered very quickly and count myself very fortunate to do so. It changed many perspectives believe me!

I’ve always been a keen cyclist and if I can give a little back for the first class care and attention I received, then I’m happy to do so.

I’ll see how many miles I can clock up in the month of February and see how we go. I’m setting 250 as the minimum!
