The YMCA of South Palm Beach County at the Peter Blum Boca Raton is an important part of my life, and I am proud to support its mission of strengthening our community and helping individuals and families thrive.

As the Aquatics Director, I see firsthand the impact our aquatic programs have on our community every day. Aquatics is about so much more than learning how to swim. It is about safety, confidence, achievement, friendships, and creating opportunities that can make a lasting difference in a child’s life.

For some children, swim lessons are their first opportunity to learn an essential, life-saving skill. For others, swimming becomes a passion that leads them to our swim team, where they develop confidence, discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and a strong sense of belonging.

But we also know that not every child or family has the financial means to participate.

We don’t want finances to be the reason a child misses out.

Our goal is to raise funds specifically to help provide access to YMCA aquatic programs for children and families who may otherwise be unable to afford them. Every donation helps create opportunities for a child to learn to swim, build confidence, discover a passion for the water, participate on a team, and experience the many benefits our Aquatics Department has to offer.
