**All donations made during the month of September will be applied to the annual Peanut Butter Drive and will be restricted to peanut butter purchases.**
Hi, my name is Ariya, and for my 12th birthday, my goal is to raise $10,000 for the HungerMitao moment.
Why $10,000, you might be asking?
A few years ago, my oldest sister, Reyna, raised $2500; then, our middle sister, Ashna, doubled that amount and raised $5000.
So, now, as the youngest and last in the line of three, I want to show them what I can do. By the way, to make it clear, this is a friendly competition, and I couldn't do it without their support.
With that said, please join me in helping Hunger Mitao and their mission:
HungerMitao, a volunteer-driven grassroots movement, is focused on raising awareness about hunger in the USA, improving community engagement, as well as channeling resources and contributions of the Indian American community towards fighting hunger through the Feeding America network of food banks.
The name translates to “wipe out hunger” and it is the mission of HungerMitao to do just that.
