Me and my brother just took on HYROX Glasgow to support people living with cancer for Macmillan Cancer Support.

HYROX is the fitness race that combines both running and functional fitness. It's a course of a 1km run followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. We completed it in 1 hour 4 minutes, which is a pretty good time - we put a real shift in.

I have pledged to raise £400, which could run the Macmillan Support Line for nearly an hour. Any donations to help me reach my goal are appreciated!

📱 £20 could provide one session of emotional support to a person living with cancer with a Macmillan Buddy.

💚 £39 could pay for a Macmillan Nurse for 1 hour.

📖 £60 could pay for 100 copies of our Help with the cost of cancer booklet.

There are currently over 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, but they can’t do this without donations from people like you.
