FLC is more than a day program, it is a place for adults with developmental disabilities to grow personally, develop socially, and enjoy community together.

I can honestly say that Destine has reached heights, developed self-confidence, and matured into a dependent young lady since attending FLC. The exposer that she receives at this facility gives her a gentle yet firm push to try new goals and challenges. My hope has always been that she will be able to contribute to society in a positive and productive way. While attending this program she achieves these goals daily.
