It is exciting to have Phi Delta Theta back on campus at Texas State. The chapter gives us a vehicle for sustaining Tommy Raffen's legacy in San Marcos and beyond. I am honored to be able to give something back to the fraternity that has done so much for me while memorializing one of the best humans to lead Texas Mu in its checkered 45-year history.
