The Tommy Raffen Memorial Scholarship has officially returned to Texas Mu in 2025, and we need your support to keep it going strong and carry forward Tommy's legacy. Join us during the ‘Rally for Raffen’ campaign May 8 – 19.

Story

It is exciting to have Phi Delta Theta back on campus at Texas State. The chapter gives us a vehicle for sustaining Tommy Raffen's legacy in San Marcos and beyond. I am honored to be able to give something back to the fraternity that has done so much for me while memorializing one of the best humans to lead Texas Mu in its checkered 45-year history.

Please join me in supporting the Thomas D. Raffen Memorial Scholarship and keeping his memory alive for a new generation of young Phis.
