Story
Dear friends – It is hard to believe it was nearly one year ago when Nathan set out for Davenport, Iowa with a small group of middle school students to participate in his first missions trip. If you received my note after he returned, you know the trip was a worthy kingdom investment for him and those he ministered to.
During last year’s trip, the students and adult leaders shared the gospel in word and deed. Their primary ministry focus was serving the physical needs of local widows and a local ministry partner, Heartshot Ministries. For example, Nathan cleaned yard debris, participated in demolition, stained a deck, repaired archery targets, and helped a widow move into a new residence.
The team expects to do similar work this year. And, perhaps most importantly, the team plans to partner with Heartshot Ministries to proclaim the gospel to local youth.
Team members are selected through an application process, so I am pleased to tell you Nathan was selected to join the team again this year, traveling to Iowa October 5-9.
I’d like you to prayerfully consider partnering with me in supporting Nathan financially. We need to raise $1,200 for him to participate in this trip. Greater Atlanta Christian has established a series of financial milestones which must be met. Specifically, Nathan needs to raise $300 by July 20th, and another $300 each month until October.
GAC has improved the donor experience by establishing this dedicated web page. All donations made at this site will go to Nathan exclusively for this trip, and are tax deductible.

Thank you in advance for prayerfully considering this request.
