Story
Why am I raising money?

Three years ago, I lost my cousin to suicide. She was struggling silently, and even though we miss her deeply every day, I’m running this marathon in her memory – to honour her life and to help others who might be suffering in silence too.
Every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. But far too many still struggle alone.
That’s why I’m supporting Mind, a charity that believes no one should face a mental health problem alone. They offer support, advice, and a voice to those who need it most – when they need it most.
Your donation, big or small, could make a real difference:
• £10 could provide 100 people with vital mental health information
• £20 could fund 2 life-changing calls to Mind’s Infoline
• £32 could keep Mind’s safe online community open for an hour

Please support me if you can – for my cousin, for your loved ones, or for yourself.
Thank you so much for reading and for any support you can give.
